When I started WW I dropped the serving size to 2 small scoops, and since it was still so many points I cut it out all together to be able to eat bigger meals. I dropped weight SO quickly. So needless to say our ice cream habit has been kicked. </p> <p>I do love ordering dessert while eating out though. Seems like such a bargain for $5-$7 for something so tasty and decadent and usually difficult to prepare.
