Yum!<br /> First, I wouldn't stress too much about the no-no's in moderation unless it's something truly dangerous. But yeah, easier said than done :-)<br /> Second, JUST IN CASE I got the nitrate (nitrite?) free all-beef hot dogs. In my mind, that made it 100% ok and I ate them daily for at least a month! I've certainly had hot dogs throughout pregnancy. I think everythung you eat should be in moderation (though, I've indulged in nuggets from McD a lot because it was the only thing I could stomach when I was feeling sick.) </p> <p>Ask your OB what foods you should avoid. My dr said to try to avoid raw fish. I have been having trouble gaining enough weight for this pregnancy so I'm sure my Dr is just wants to make sure I'm eating.
