Then in the middle of the night, our son came down with the same thing (a low-grade fever, mild sore throat and headache). He's home from school now.</p> <p>Advil is keeping our temperatures down, but nothing sounds appetizing. I want to eat junk food, but I'm resisting for now... gonna take a walk with our son to the grocery store though, to pick up some fruit. Maybe a smoothie too.</p> <p>Do you eat more "comfort food" when you're sick? Any suggestions on what to eat when nothing sounds good? </p>
