Definitely more and definitely much less healthy than usual. Any food that isn't heated is unappealing... We used to have a salad with dinner almost every night and now I have no desire (even an aversion) to salad! Clearly the extra eating is taking its toll - I gained 4.4 lbs in the last 4 weeks... I'm going to try to eat smaller meals more frequently between now and my next appointment - I'm only 10 1/2 weeks!

Way less! I was sick for seven months and lost a lot of weight from it. Once I finally got a normal appetite back, I had horrible indigestion which gave me lots of trouble when eating! Ugh, it was so not fun!

More often, smaller amounts. It picked up in my third tri but before, it was pretty close to my pre pregnancy amounts

Even after I stopped being super nauseous, I could only manage to eat about half of my normal amount. Luckily I had some extra fluff to use up!

More often, for sure, but I'm not sure if overall I'm eating more or less. Probably a little more. I always needed snacks between meals, though, so it's just become more of a need since being pregnant.
I agree that overeating is much more uncomfortable now. it's hard when something is really yummy and I want to keep eating, but the extreme discomfort is enough to stop me now.

Definitely less. I ate tiny, frequent snacks to keep my stomach from being empty but I had aversions to pretty much everything.

I'm very early but I'm pretty hungry all the time, so I eat more for sure, but it does take a bit less to fill me up I think I just get hungry again very quickly.

Definitely more. Eating kept away nausea in first trimester, and although I had about a 3-week break where I wasn't OMG STARVING... at 16 weeks I'm back to hungry all the time :p

I'm pregnant and BFing so I need to eat constantly, even sometimes in the middle of the night. My morning sickness isn't quite as bad this time, so I've been able to stuff my face! Haha.

I probably ate more than I really should up until week 10 because I didn't have morning sickness so I wanted to enjoy eating while I could since I heard it can start at any time, even during the second trimester! Starting with week 11, it didn't take much for me to feel full. If I ate past the feeling of full, I got nauseous.

Less for sure! With nausea and food aversions, I didn't want to each much for most of the pregnancy so far. In the past few months, it's been really uncomfortable to sit and food to go down.

I was pretty starving the whole 1st trimester. I could eat and eat and eat.

Now, the last few days I've still been hungry but don't feel like I can eat as much to feel stuffed.

I'm finding that I don't need to eat much to get full these days. And if I even eat a few extra bites of something (cuz it tasted so good!!) I find myself feeling REALLY uncomfortable for hours! It's hard gauging at what point I'll feel full... I thought I would want to eat everything in sight. Luckily I have been blessed with no nausea *knock on wood*
