I usually only eat the skin if I bake it myself. But yesterday I was really craving a baked potato so I ordered the brocolli cheese version from wendys (its not even real cheese ugh) but anyway I must have been hungry because I ate every last piece of the skin!! Now its got me wondering if other people do this too. </p>
