They're a big thing in NYC, my personal fave is one where you design your own ice cream sandwich! Amazing!
https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/do-you-eat-stuff-from-food-trucks#post-436853 Fri, 07 Dec 2012 04:51:29 +0000 softcream 436853@https://boards.hellobee.com/
sometimes. a lot of the food trucks around here are started by hipsters who think it's cool to have a food truck, but don't really care about the food quality/flavor. and it's annoying how expensive some of them can get.

so we try to figure out what the good ones are and will try those.
https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/do-you-eat-stuff-from-food-trucks#post-436812 Fri, 07 Dec 2012 03:35:10 +0000 Sweet T 436812@https://boards.hellobee.com/
I've never eaten from a food truck but I love the idea of them (as long as they meet health code standards!). The Food Network food trucks were in the last city we lived in while we were stationed there. I was in Georgia at the time and missed them. So sad! Hawaii has some food trucks but I haven't experienced them yet.
https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/do-you-eat-stuff-from-food-trucks#post-436692 Fri, 07 Dec 2012 00:08:38 +0000 mrsjazz 436692@https://boards.hellobee.com/
yes! so yummy. I also follow some on Twitter so I can know where they're going to be. in my work neighborhood there's a pizza truck and a burger & frites truck. one of my favorites is an empanada truck. on halloween there were a bunch of food trucks in the park and we had grilled cheese, tacos, and samosas (3 diff trucks).
https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/do-you-eat-stuff-from-food-trucks#post-436678 Thu, 06 Dec 2012 23:57:24 +0000 SAHM0811 436678@https://boards.hellobee.com/
@autumnlove: oooh lucky... A food truck banh mi is $8. In NYC they are a huge deal, I follow my faves on twitter :) There's a food truck court with a rotating schedule by my husband's office, so when I meet him for lunch, that's usually where we go. I also like the old school halal meat trucks too, less fancy though.
https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/do-you-eat-stuff-from-food-trucks#post-435333 Thu, 06 Dec 2012 17:15:13 +0000 .twist. 435333@https://boards.hellobee.com/
I haven't had the chance but they always smell SOOOOO good. /jealous
https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/do-you-eat-stuff-from-food-trucks#post-435321 Thu, 06 Dec 2012 17:07:21 +0000 JennyLayneAZ 435321@https://boards.hellobee.com/
I never have.
