I only like it within two days of visiting the library. The novelty of new books is exciting. We go about two or three weeks a month. So on average I am excited to read about five days a month. THe rest of the time I try to push it off on DH or hope LO reads on her own.

I love reading picture books to my kids! But I am just not into reading chapter books out loud. I read faster in my head than I do out loud, and for whatever reason, I just want to know what happens next and read ahead on my own! Terrible, I know. I slip in picture books for my son now and then, even though he's almost 7!
