It feels so great to have a routine and to push my body in a way that it hasn't before.  I still pretty much hate cardio, which I do after I lift, but having a good spotify playlist really, really, really helps me!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't do much exercise besides running (pilates once a week which i LOVE but is more about maintaining spine &#38;amp; core health than exercise per se), and with running I have a clear and defined tipping point.  I hate it with a passion up until my fitness tips to the other side, at which point I love it.  Basically it feels like the hardest work ever while I'm building up, but once I get to the point where a 7 or 8 km run feels easy, I absolutely love it and get a serious runner's high.  Right now I run 4km with effort so.....its tough.  But I'll get back!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@loveisstrange:  @blackbird:  it is high maintenance! You can't just throw it in a ponytail, and I can't just let it air dry or it goes every which way. I love how it looks styled though. And when I do grow my hair out, I have billions of split ends so it  doesn't look good :( &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@lawbee11:  @JessKas:  yup I'm a runnig hater too. I've done the C25K programs and stuck with it for months and it never got better for me so I quit it. I hate cardio but not nearly as much as running so I go with other exercises to get my cardio fix.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I can't just do a sport or something fun like biking to lose weight though. Wish I could! I need cardio and strength workouts

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm eh about it, but there's definitely workouts that I absolutely hate. However, I do love Wii's EA Sports More workouts. I loved it because it was relatively low impact, but the workouts were effective. It didn't really feel like a workout sometimes, but after a month, I definitely saw results! Meanwhile, I hate running, but I can walk all day!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I see it as a means to an end. I definitely don't love it. But I know that if I want to look a certain way that no amount of dieting is going to get me there, so I suck it up. I used to do hot yoga and I did really love that (and it burns a ton of calories!), but I haven't been able to find a studio that offers it at a convenient time near our house. I hate running with a passion and avoid it at all costs.

<description>&#60;p&#62;It took finding the right kind of exercise for me to enjoy working out. I used to just run, but as much as I want to be, I'm just not a runner. I find it tedious and I just. don't. want. to. So I would only exercise sporadically. Then I found Fitness Blender videos. I now know that HIIT and strength training is way more interesting to me and I exercise about four days a week. I also have a spinning class I do once a week that I love! I think it really just takes finding what works for you.

Like, we just rode to the park and back. I have NEVER had the motivation to just go 'work out' - it has always needed to be an active thing that I'm doing to get somewhere. Like, I'll go to zumba with friends, but I'd never go on my own.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I used to love it pre-baby, and it was a major hobby for me. I spent a considerable amount of my free time working out. I still enjoy it post-baby, but my kid is almost 3 and I still can't figure out how to have regularly schedule time to go to the gym. I'm doing good if I can squeeze in 30 minutes twice a week on the treadmill. I solo parent a lot, and we never know what my husband's schedule is going to be, so it's not easy to fit it in. I miss is so much.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I always hate it before I go but when I'm there I love it and afterwards it's such a sense of accomplishment that I like, especially with soccer training.&#60;br /&#62;
I've recently joined a gym to boost my weight-loss (4mth PP) and have arranged a regular once-a-week commitment with my in laws to watch LO while I go to a gym near them. My first session went great but I wonder if after a few weeks motivation will dwindle and I'll start thinking up excuses not to go. Hopefully I'll feel too guilty about preventing them from seeing LO that I will force myself to do it (or just go shopping instead :shifty:).

It's harder to motivate yourself if you usually just go to the gym and the try and decide what to do while you're there. I like having a plan to follow. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@rachiecakes:  the hair is huge for me too! And I have short hair now- but I still have to plan an extra hour for showering, blow drying, styling, etc and that's a pain.
