But I sometimes pick her up and give her a cuddle if she's lost her wubbanub even though I know she'll roll over and go back to sleep right away if I just hand it to her. She must've heard me though because she lifted her head up and looked straight at me. I took her to my bed and we watched sesame street together. L was on his tummy with his knees tucked under him and his little butt stuck up in the air...but his head was pushed right against the top of the crib, and I knew he'd end up stretching out in his sleep and hitting his head. But when I moved him last night he woke up and got upset, which is unusual. Of course, I made it worse by picking him up for cuddles...that just woke him up more. Usually if I have to pick her up to reposition her, she doesn't flinch. Last night — she woke up screaming shortly after I left the room and didn't stop for an hour. I think she's getting a molar in, and it's not being friendly. She woke up again around 1am and screamed for another hour.
