Corduroy,as well as lots of Clifford and Curious George. When my girls are older I can't wait to get them beautifully illustrated copies of A LIttle Princess and The Secret Garden. I love to read, always have, and hope at least one of my kids shares that with me.</p> <p>I've also had some real misses - I checked out a few Babar stories at the library, bought the Madeline board book, and recieved a PD Eastman (The Best Nest, put Me in the Zoo, etc) treasury and after reading them once or twice have kind have shaken my head thinking "How are these considered such classics?"
