But not in a judgy kind of way. My lo was a late walker, she didn't walk until 17 months. So yes, I looked at other babies her age that were walking way way before her. But it didn't bother me..... I think how you handle the comparison is the important part. My kids all walked extremely early (all four started between 8 and 10 months). People asked me all the time how old they were and how they couldn't believe they walking. I had tons of mom friends start worrying about their little ones. I had to constantly reassure them that mine were very early and theirs were just fine. BUT, I have an acquaintance who compares out loud - but of how great her kid is how mine is lagging behind. One of them is way more advanced than our LO and one is not quite as advanced as our LO. I know every baby is different but it is hard not to compare sometimes! Anyone else feel this way? </p>
