My 2 year old becomes hyper/off the wall every single night around dinner time. I have terribly anxiety, and I avoided meds for years due to ttc/pregnancy, but I finally got a scrip for Zoloft bc it was one of the only ones that is BF friendly, and it's helped me so much with having that end of the day edge that I used to have! DD doesn't nap routinely anymore so I'm so happy I can start bedtime so much earlier than I used to. But still I count the minutes. When DD does nap, she tends to fall asleep in the late afternoon in the stroller on our way home from some outing/activity and I silently curse because now I have to wait much longer to start her bedtime. But I just cannot keep the girl awake when she's like that and needs to nap. The earlier the bed time the better!!!!
