As he's gotten older and dropped sessions, I still go once a day. When we dropped in at an actual center, I did the same thing. I saw him twice. Your daycare should have an open door policy and if they don't, that would be a huge red flag. I loved seeing my little man every day. However, some of my friends have "do not disturb" hours when the LOs are napping.
