I definitely felt this a lot in the 2nd trimester. I would tell DH that it felt like LO was trying to claw his way out of me. I would be in so much pain DH thought I was going into labor, but I knew it was just the baby moving. His favorite was to 'hurt' the bottom of my cervix, like he was trying to dig his way out or something. It was the worst feeling, and it only seemed to happen when I was sitting in the car in my lower right side (~31 weeks). It's not contractions (I don't think) and it comes when I feel her move - not all the time, just once in awhile. It just feels like a brief pinch. I know she's not pinching me but I do wonder what it is she's doing in there. </p>
