That was enough to keep her from moving around in cart seat. Lo was trying to stand up and I walked past a mom having the same issue as me, we exchanged sympathetic looks. I distracted lo with something in the store and she sat down. Five minutes later we passed the same mom...... Her son was now standing in the back of the cart screaming.
