I think I've "thrown in the towel" at least a dozen times over the years because it can all be just so much! The horrible needles, all the dr. appt's, the thousands of dollars, the hormones from all the drugs...it can be totally overwhelming and it just stinks that any of us have to go through it. But you are just three days away now!! I'm so excited for you! Oh, and do not feel guilty for feeling how you do since you have a child. I feel the same as you. I want our son to have a brother/sister more than anything. The pain of knowing it may never happen is almost too much sometimes. I just know your transfer Thursday is going to go great! When I was in the midst of an FET, I remember driving to work and just freaking the F out. A calm then washed over me, and I thought to myself, "If this doesn't work, I'm done with it. I'm worried that the FET won't work because DH is injecting the progesterone too high with the circles the nurse drew. I had a good cry last night because what on earth did I do to deserve this infertility? </p> <p>DH gave me the OK to throw in the towel if I want to but we've come this far. My transfer is Thursday. I have 4 more days of PIO injections. I can't throw in the towel now. </p>
