Sounds a lot! So if I am going anywhere that I will see someone I know (coffee, lunch, meeting), I wear make-up, but if I am just running to the grocery store or a doctor's apt, I probably won't. They're nonexistant otherwise! Generally I also do blush, mascara, and lip gloss. It's quick to do, but makes a big difference.
