hahaha that is pretty cute.

We haven't had to do it yet, but I'm sure it's in our near future! He say a lot of things we don't understand and I don't think anyone but him does.

Aww, cute!

When my son first started at daycare, he was singing...I didn't know what it was until he got to the part "like a diamond in the sky" and he made the diamond shape. I was like, ohhhhh, Twinkle Twinkle little star!

I don't do drop-offs or pick-ups, and DH never remembers to ask, but for the longest time LO would say 1-2-3-4-5-pata!!! ("pata" is her word for "pasta"). I have no idea what they were doing/saying. I would like to ask them how the clean up song goes so I could sing it at home with her (I hear random snippets from her once in a while). There is another song that I hear her singing occasionally, but I can't get a firm handle on any of the words or the tune, so I'll have to wait till she can get that one out more reliably.

For weeks our lo has been singing "Baa baa beeee, ma ma momm-meee. I finally asked daycare today what she might be singing. Turns out baa baa beee, ma ma momm-mee is actually:

I'm bringing home a baby bumble bee
Won't my mommy be so proud of me
I'm bringin ghome a baby bumble bee
Ouch! It stung me!

Have you ever had to ask your childcare providers what your lo is singing/saying?
