Formica counter tops, sinks, fireplace insert, old doors, tube tv's... Basically anything we don't want to make a special trip to the dump for. Everybody sets out their stuff and then the junkers come through and pick through it. My friend saved an awesome stereo cabinet that way.</p> <p>Also, this floored me, but my boss had a friend come to her house and said friend left her suitcase by the mailbox. A suitcase full of name brand, designer clothes with the tags still on them, and then wondered why someone took her suitcase in [RITZY NEIGHBORHOOD]. I have a few times...chairs and coffee table for my old apartment! </p>
