<description>&#60;p&#62;I have! Groupon has always been extremely quick to refund/resolve past issues I've had. They were so wonderful I sent an email expressing my appreciation for their quick and friendly resolution, also including the name of the rep who'd replied so quickly.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;eta - DH &#38;amp; I are both always sure to tell the manager when we've had great service at a restaurant. Figure they mostly get negative feedback so it's nice to hear when people had great service.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I really like to send companies positive feedback, especially if they've gone out of their way to make sure my experience was positive or that their service was outstanding. I feel the same way at restaurants - DH and I will always pull the manager aside and let them know if our server is great.

<description>&#60;p&#62;If I have had a very good or very bad experience I send feedback. If it all works the way it's supposed to, I don't. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I try to give as much positive feedback as possible though. Both my husband and I do. Just the other day we ordered some Indian Food for dinner from a place we hadn't tried. It was sooooo freaking good. DH called them and told them how amazing it was and right before he did she had already gotten ready to apologize for a mistake! She said that it's so rare that anyone ever calls just to say something nice (which I think is the case with most companies because people just like to complain).

<description>&#60;p&#62;I just sent a quick email to Paper Source thanking their CS dept for a super fast resolution to a shipping mistake they made. I ordered red envelopes from the clearance section and received expensive cream envelopes. The price difference between the two was around $20, but they charged me for the red ones, and, when I talked to CS, they told me to keep the cream ones at no charge (score!). &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyway, this was Tuesday. Today I received the red ones I ordered, and in the box was a hand-written card from the CS rep I talked to apologizing again for the mistake. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I worked CS for an online store for several years and it was rare we received a feedback email that wasn't negative (as most people, myself included, won't even think to give feedback if there wasn't an issue.) I always appreciated when someone did send a quick note thanking me for the steps I took to rectify our mistake, and even more the quick thank you notes when there was no problems. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I was very impressed by the speed and manner with which my P-S mistake was handled, and I wanted to let them know how much I appreciated it. &#60;/p&#62;
