It was really taking its toll on work-life balance which is super important to me. I do have some projects where I have to work on the weekends, but I do my best not to stay up really late. The kids' school and daycare were closed on Monday for MLK Jr. Day, school closed early for the kids on Tuesday because of snow, and daycare opened late today (Wednesday) as well. To catch up after days like this, Bee and I pretty regularly stay up late to work. It is murder on both our bodies and our quality time together! But I don't see other ways to get big projects done...</p> <p>Do you ever stay up super late to catch up on work? </p>
