My pumping room had a tall counter that we would sit at - taller than a desk - so I would ball up a sweater on the counter, get my elbows rested on my knees while holding the flanges, and lay my head on the counter and sleep! I have a ridiculously large chest going for me though, so the flanges never slid around. I did wake up a couple times to REALLY sore nipples when I didn't set the flanges properly, but that was totally worth it to me! I had to constantly massage and adjust the flanges and blah blah blah. Plus, having my nipples ravaged was not relaxing at all to me. I fell asleep for about 15 min and it feels great!
