I get bad migraines and can't always take care of lo so my mom comes to watch her. I don't have to deal with a boss.... But now I'm sick -- AGAIN -- and this time I feel like I was hit by a truck! I'm sitting in my office, freezing, needing a nap, wishing I could go home and nap sans baby all day... but feeling too guilty to ask.</p> <p>Am I the only one? </p>
