I have an incision in my neck and lower left back, so I have to sleep on my right side. I broke out the snoogle to make it a little easier for me to stay that way. Love it!</p> <p>I'm also thinking of using the bella band again ever since I saw the trendy top commercial, which is basically a bella band to give you the layered look so you don't have to worry about tushy crack. I barely used it when I was pregnant because my pants would always fall down. </p>
