If he is in the living room or kitchen with me he would much rather play in the drawers though :) I think rotating really does help us though. Anything I couldn't remember him playing with recently I cleared out for a few weeks. Then I gave him back a few things to see if he'd play with them. If he does, I keep them in the rotation. But I don't because I would feel bad since most of it is gifted. </p> <p>And I get the very sudden urge now that she's throwing toys in frustration/tantrums. Most were kind of broken (already used), etc. I only want to keep the things she's actually interested in. They prefer the bathroom drawer, a basket of clothes, cabinet of dvds. They have so many nice toys I wish they would get some use out of them. I've definitely learned over the past year that less is more but we still have too much that doesn't get touched. </p> <p>Does your LO play with a lot of what they have? </p>
