<description>&#60;p&#62;Yeah I'm pretty miserable when I don't get exercise. I commute on foot about 4 miles a day plus I go to the gym four days a week at lunch. Before I got pregnant I was running a lot (did a marathon) but I'm sort of injured and super sick in the first trimester so I'm taking it easy right now and sticking with cycling and yoga mostly. I can't wait to feel better 😕

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have never been a huge fan of working out. I did tons of sports growing up, but I never liked just running or going to a gym. I do lots of long walks with my dog, but I don't really count that. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But since my son was born, I was feeling really run down and sluggish from all the lack of sleep, lack of exercise, etc. So I've been going to barre class almost every day for the last six months, and I'm pretty obsessed. I love that it's a class that I pay for (which forces me to go. Haha!!), I love the environment and the people there, and I love the workouts. I always feel so good and energized afterwards.

I just did my first gym workout today &#38;amp; while I got called to the nursery to pick up LO 5 mins before the class ended, I feel like it was SO good for both of us &#38;amp; can't wait to go back!  :happy:&#60;br /&#62;

I already get so little sleep that the thought of waking up earlier makes me want to cry!  I do go to a pole fitness class once a week after work and try to get out for walks before dinner.&#60;/p&#62;

Plus other active things (hiking, etc).  When pregnant, I usually stick to lower impact after the second trimester...more yoga, elliptical, walking, and hiking.

I usually work out 3x per week, early in the morning (DH and I switch off our mornings, so he gets 3 and I get 3, and we both take Sunday off).  I'm oddly somewhat better at sticking to it while pregnant (after first tri nausea/exhaustion is over), so I've been pretty diligent lately.  &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;@yoursilverlining:  my last company had an onsite gym and I loved it! They had a cardio kickboxing class once a week that I absolutely loved. And so true about facetime, I had a lot of VP's in my lunch time class. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My current company does not have a gym so I usually try to walk for 30 minutes on my lunch. I can get almost 2 miles done. I was also doing 30 minutes beachbody workouts at home before I got pregnant. The first trimester sucked the life out of my and now at 26 weeks I think I'm going to try and do some light cardio and weights.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I also love fitness blender workouts! I'm currently on week 4 of a 12 week program I made. I like to break things up into 3 month programs so I can do before and after photos! Also I've given up my beloved wine, for this particular challenge lol. Im down 5lbs so far, but I can tell I'm putting on a bunch of muscles in my legs. I still have 30lbs left to lose from pregnancy. I really do feel like a totally different person when I'm regularly excersizing and eating clean.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Forgot to add I'm doing it with a Neighbor that's also a stay at home mom so our workout time ranges anywhere from 9am to 3pm depending on the day.
