Getting my masters actually pushes me into the "could be promoted" region soon, but I'm not to the point where I feel like I deserve it. The company is very top heavy right now (lots of old people making lots of mulah) so they're slowing down on promotions for those of us in the lower 3 brackets. But I don't really mind because all it is is "level 1 vs. level 2 vs. level 3" and my job stays the same. There is an opening for a new position at work but it requires FT hours at the office and more responsibility. </p>
