At least we had somewhere comfy to sit and chat! People walking down the street in the middle of the city walking into people because they are holding their phone in front of their face.... SO weird. I think I did it once in "public" but I was at a hotel in Thailand so I moved away from everyone to have some privacy. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it inside of a busy place. Everyone in the cafeteria could see her friend and they both talked SO loud. I was traveling and my husband and M were at the grocery store. I was walking down a street.
