In our home we prioritize locally grown food, followed by organic. I do not believe there is a significant (if any) health reason to do so- rather we make these choices for environmental and social reasons.
I can't afford to do this with our clothing/furniture/etc., but with some budgeting we have been able to do so with our food.

We eat whatever is offered or available when we are at someone's home or in a restaurant (although we tend to patronize restaurants that also prioritize local foods).

We buy organic dairy, meats, and dirty dozen produce. Eating 100% organic would be incredibly expensive!
eta: When we're eating out and the place doesnt serve organic meats or produce, we will give it to lo anyway.

We buy some organic (but not all). But I don't stress too much about it. I do watch where some produce is from (I don't buy imported grapes to avoid methylbromide and such), and some fruits/nuts I much prefer to buy organic.

I don't go out of my way to. if it's organic, fine, if not, and I still want it, I buy it.

I went to a show this weekend and Alton Brown said the only thing that matters is buying what's grown in the USA. If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me!

I try to buy certain things organic when I can - mostly dairy and certain fruits and veggies but I try to focus more on whole foods over processed.

We try to buy organic often but not always. I am more aware of processed foods with crazy ingredients versus eating whole foods or things with less ingredients.

We buy mostly organic, but we also live in SoCal where there are great organic selections from the local farmer markets. That makes it a lot easier.

I was raised on lunchables so I don't worry too much about it. I do try to buy organic with the dirty dozen, eggs, and milk though.

Nope, we can't afford it. DS eats what we eat. I do buy organic milk for him and would like to keep doing so. It's just comes down to what's affordable.

Nope, I try for locally sourced rather than organic when I can. Having grown up on a farm I'm much less concerned about things being organic.

Interesting article....
http://www.slate.com/articles/double_x/the_kids/2014/01/organic_vs_conventional_produce_for_kids_you_don_t_need_to_fear_pesticides.html

I do try to look for organic fruits and veggies and then get frustrated when the store I'm at doesn't have a great selection. But after reading this I think I'll be more relaxed....I was not raised eating organic fruits and veggies and I'm perfectly fine....
