The one we're currently on is not organic, and I'm ok with that. That's what our vet said too!! I was all for spending a little extra and feeding him good quality food, but truthfully, our dog is healthy as a horse! Even our vet said that too. Keeps on telling us keep doing what we're doing!</p> <p>Although I do give him a lot of fresh fruits and veggies too in addition to dry food. He eats soooo much (7 cups/day) so it would be SUPER expensive....plus we tried at first weaning him to Blue Buffalo food, but it was just waaay too rich for his tummy, and he had diarrhea non-stop for like 3 weeks. We put him back on Science Diet, and he was much better. Leroy is so small and eats so little we don't mind the extra cost if it's better for him. The food is also grain free, GMO free and has very few ingredients. They also get a lot of fruits and vegetables to supplement. My cats eat a prescription cat food.
