So for me, it is about making my time with LO on the weekends special, not necessarily where we do it. We are traveling 3 weekends per month, so the weekends we're at home, I don't stress if we don't have specific plans. We often do end up going to a festival or the zoo or something, but I don't think it's bad if we don't. This weekend we were trying to go to a festival and it just didn't work out. But, you know what? We had a ton of play time at home and were able to take a leisurely grocery shopping trip and cook and it was glorious! Mostly, I just want to spend time with my kid. As long as we get outside, even if it's just going to the park or riding bikes in the driveway, I feel ok.
