By the time AF actually shows, my temperatures have been really low for two days beforehand, so I KNOW its coming and that I'm not pregnant. The first day of my period my cramps are almos unbearable. I'm useless for a few hours because the cramps make me vomit and after all that is done I'm exhausted and nap. A couple of months ago I felt cramps coming on so asked my boss if I could leave early. She said ok and I practically ran out of her office. I threw up in the bushes praying the whole time that she couldn't see me! For some reason, the pill made AF really long (like 8-9 days) and I thought it usually shortens periods? We were TTC last cycle (first one off the pill), but not expecting too much. I was actually relieved when AF came because I was worried about it taking months.
