She is finally starting to get "no," but she doesn't remember after two seconds that she wasn't supposed to touch whatever it is she's reaching for, so I have to keep saying no over and over. I hated when my parents used to do that with me so subconsciously I tried not to do it. But it's effective and oddly enough, it helps keeps me from losing my temper. </p>
