We are very eclectic and relaxed- I picked various shades of browns, greens, and blues since it was so easy. We have a jungle/zoo meets Star Wars theme. </p> <p>I actually think that the internet has made it way easier for me to come up with a nice looking room. It was our first shot at painting since we'd just bought our first house, and there are still touch ups that need to be done. The furniture is all mismatched, and because we and DS don't spend time in there, except for diaper changes and sleeping, we don't even care. I love the paint color we picked and I love his nursery, but I still need to refinish his dresser (I was already pregnant when we got it, so we used it as-is). We picked out cute sheets, but didn't get a bedding set. The floor is bare hardwood without any cute rugs or anything right now. I do plan to refinish the dresser this summer, get a rug for the floor, and eventually will touch up the paint. </p> <p>Personally I don't get the pressure for it all to be perfect, but then I'm not a designer or a type-A personality.
