It struck me as seriously weird. Then when the baby was born they just added baby photos to the existing album. So she was Lemon while she was a belly baby and it suited her perfectly and then Cecilia when she arrived. My one cousin found out she was having a boy and announced to everyone (including on her sprinkle invitation) that he baby's name would be Dominic; the whole family questioned why she wouldn't name him after his father. Well when he was born he wasn't Dominic anymore instead they named him after his father. My husband and I call our baby by her name that we have chosen, but we aren't telling anyone else except our mothers (so far only his knows and only because she insisted!! I would think it was strange if people just said "Baby's Name" in conversation and I had no idea who they were talking about..and it's a little weird when people constantly call their baby by name on facebook, I guess, but it doesn't bother me.</p> <p>ETA The reason I haven't wanted to announce is because I want to see that she's here and healthy, and because we don't want anyone to try to talk us out of it (not that it's weird or anything.)
