Almost every day...I probably don't do it the right way, but I figure doing it at all is better than not!

Yes, a couple of minutes. I do allow myself a pass on one night each week where I don't have to floss...sometimes I take advantage of it, sometimes I don't. I'm such a rebel.

Up and down 10 times on one tooth! Yikes I've been doing it all wrong. lol I'm really bad and only floss when something is stuck. I just need to make it a daily habit.

I should definitely floss everyday - since most of the cavities I have in my mouth were between my teeth. I'll admit, I'm just lazy. And I mostly floss when something is stuck, like popcorn.

Thanks for all of these dental posts today MrBee. Sometimes we all just need a little reminder to take care of ourselves.

I was really good about it, but then my gums started bleeding sometime in my 2nd tri and I didn't like that at all so I have not been good about it, the dentist told me to keep doing it though even though they are bleeding, so I need to get back on track!

Unfortunately no. My dentist has demonstrated how we should be flossing but i sill don't do it as often as I should. I have floss picks for the kids and they are so muh easier to use than regular floss. So sometimes I get lazy and use their picks.

I was in a really good routine and then met my husband and stopped. Damn him.

It only takes me a few seconds to floss my teeth, they're in great shape and aren't hard to floss and I've been doing it for a lot of years (obviously with the last few as an exception). Now I usually floss is something is stuck in my teeth but not otherwise. I need to start again. I love the feeling after I floss.

I floss when I have something stuck in my teeth... but it's not something I've been doing every day. (I brush several times a day and kinda hoped that it was enough even though I know I should be flossing too.)

So I've decided to step up and floss each and every day. So I did some quick Googling for flossing tips, and apparently I have been flossing all wrong. The point isn't to remove stuff between your teeth... it's to remove plaque from your teeth:
http://www.drmolina.com/articles/art2.htm

Oops, guess I'll have to rework my flossing technique! Although this new process takes forever... I just flossed and man, it felt like time was standing still. Sometimes I feel like I suck at being an adult.
