My dentist has demonstrated how we should be flossing but i sill don't do it as often as I should. I have floss picks for the kids and they are so muh easier to use than regular floss. Damn him. </p> <p>It only takes me a few seconds to floss my teeth, they're in great shape and aren't hard to floss and I've been doing it for a lot of years (obviously with the last few as an exception). Now I usually floss is something is stuck in my teeth but not otherwise. I need to start again.
