It's so true with some kids though! I just had my 5-year-old's molars sealed and one of them already had a cavity so his dentist just put filling in there and there wasn't a need for sealant there. He doesn't even eat sweets much and brushes 3x daily and flosses once daily. I had no idea he had such groovy molars until the dentist pointed it out. I just started with our 2.5-year-old. He enjoys it. They say gappy teeth means no braces and perfect teeth means most likely braces. My oldest has perfect teeth and my youngest has crooked teeth ALREADY... Charlie on the other hand has perfect no-gap teeth... wonder if that means he's more likely to need braces! </p>
