We go to my in-laws for Thanksgiving every year. My MIL wakes up every morning before us and cooks us breakfast. Not that I try to resist much -- but you just can't say no to a sweet lady who makes a point to cook you home-cooked meals! We seem to eat like we are dying there - dessert for every meal, snacking constantly. She also had candy all.over.the.house for Easter. She even put some secretly in my carry on bag. I of course discovered it and after eating 3 or 4 pieces told my husband he either had to eat it himself or I would throw it away.
