We had terrible coverage at home, and I couldn't really work remotely, which was the whole purpose of the phone. However you can now do wifi calling, and it works great! My parents however, hardly get any service. We went to AT&T and complained. They suggested we try the M-Cell. They ended up giving it to us for free. It definitely helped. DH and I agreed we wouldn't buy a home if we couldn't get cell service. DH's cousin lives in a neighborhood where she gets ZERO cell service.
