I always thought it was normal to throw up from the pain every month because my mom and sisters are the same way. So far in life after BCP/TTC, the terrible cramps I had w/o any meds haven't made an appearance yet! I have a Mirena IUD so my period is mostly spotting but the cramps are fierce!
