He had his first truck for 10 years and was very attached to it. He finally (reluctantly) bought a new truck, after everyone was hounding him to upgrade,<br /> but it was a complete lemon (broke down A LOT) so he was very regretful that he let himself "doubt" the ol' truck. He sold the new one, went back to ol' faithful (he had kept it) and it took him another 4 years to buy a new truck. He finally parted ways with the old truck a couple years ago. He's getting pretty attached to this new one, now, but as he says, no can replace the first. ...eyeroll. I cried when we had to get rid of the car before the one we have currently...and then cried more when we found out it had been scrapped for parts :( We are still driving around in our pre-baby sporty 3-door car and it's a real PITA to get the car seat in through the passenger door now that she's getting heavy! </p> <p>I know we need a new car and I'm pretty sure what we'd get, but I can't bring myself to get rid of our car. It has been so loyal for the 5 years we've had it--barely needed any work doing and I learnt to drive in it so keep thinking of all those good memories and...yeah.</p> <p>Anyone else, or is it just me? </p>
