I finally went and saw a dermatologist. He said no more lotion--it has too much water in it. He switched me to cetaphil cream. It's a massive relief. I also started using a large humidifier, which has helped tremendously. Maybe a combo? I use a lot of lotion and drink tons of water but I still wake up with crazy scratch marks! </p>
