I would begin to get a headache and that would be annoying but I would take the blame bc the majority of the time it was my own fault I hadn't eaten yet. And if I get to the point of being REALLY hungry it's a complete nightmare for anyone around me. The pregnancy hunger has been quiet a challenge for me (and my family lol) because of this!
