Makes all the pregnancy BP checks super fun :( I'm hoping that now that I'm in midwifery care a lot of my anxiety will be relieved, as it's a lot less clinical and sterile in its approach. In terms of being nervous specifically for pregnancy appointments, YES. Every single time. My last appointment was at 20 weeks, we had the ultrasound and heard the heartbeat.. This is the first where the dr will use a Doppler to listen to the heartbeat. I had an early ultrasound at 6w4d and heard the heartbeat then but I'm so nervous that something will be wrong :( there's nothing to indicate anything is wrong, I'm just a worrier. Do you get nervous before your appts?
