Not offended at all. However we are very fortunate to be around our family and have potential babysitters on hand so it makes those types of decisions easier for us to make.

Nope. I'd prefer to be able to attend as a family but I really don't mind.

No- I had a kid-free wedding and it was for a reason. I know there are people that disagree with this but I think there are just some occasions that are not for kids. I understood if people couldn't come because they didn't have a sitter.

Nope- I like date night, and especially when I only have to pay for the babysitter and not also dinner, drinks etc.
Plus, you typically find out about a wedding what, 6 months in advance at least? Plenty of time to find a sitter.

Their choice. They just have to be understanding if that changes our RSVP and we have to decline.

Sometimes travel + outfit/gift + babysitter = just not in the budget for us and it would be better for us to decline and send a nice gift.

Nope. We were just invited to an adults only wedding and couldn't find a sitter. We agreed my husband would go himself-- it's his friend getting married.

no. we were invited to a wedding in September, and DS(which is all we knew about at the time, DD will have been born 1 month prior to the wedding) was not invited. we had a no kids wedding, so we understand the choice. but, we are lucky in the fact that both sides of our families are here, so we usually have babysitting.

No. I didn't invite kids to my wedding so I understand. I also understand that some of my friends aren't baby crazy/don't want Kids. Luckily I have family nearby to babysit but if I didn't I'd probably have to RSVP no.

I completely understand not wanting kids at a wedding (I had a no kid wedding). Thankfully DH agreed to stay home with LO so I can go see my two close friends get married :)

Not offended - we were invited to a wedding in Aug and my entire family is going. So, all the babysitters I trust. Which means we are RSVPing no. And we are getting serious attitude about it. So THAT part annoys me.

Never offended! If we can get babysitting, then it's a night out for us! If we can't get babysitting then, we can't and it's all good.

It's their choice, they're allowed to spend their day as they please. They don't mean anything against your kids, they just want it to be adults only.

Like to a wedding or something?

I don't but arranging child care might cause me to RSVP no (we don't have any family in the area and he's too young to leave with anyone other than family).
