I still use OPKs because it gives me the heads up. Usually about 12-24 hours later I get the ovulation pain. The pain lasts 24 hours, and gets really bad after a few hours, sometimes I take tylenol it hurts so bad. My right side is vastly more painful than my left. I assume that it doesn't mean much whether you feel ovulation or not, though it was a nice confirmation of the opks!
