It's easier to have help because I have to take care of the dog and baby. But before the baby I'd stay alone,and I was always ok because we have a pretty big dog. Once, DH went to band practice and I got so scared that I had to call security to come up and search my 1 bedroom apartment. And band practice is only for a couple of hours! I always get scared. I even get scared when Rob Sr. goes out for an errand and he's not back within 10 mins. I start imagining all kinds of weird things and what I would do (the answer is usually go to my parents' house in Philly). Haha. </p> <p>This is why I'm glad I have two small barky dogs! It's annoying when they bark when someone comes in the house, but I know for sure that if they're not barking, no one is around. Plus one of my dogs sounds like a big scary dog.
