I have felt this a few times and man, it is not a comfortable feeling! I'm thankful that it doesn't last a long time but it sure is annoying when it happens. I tend to grab them when it happens, too which isn't always socially appropriate depending on where I am at the time.... haha. The milk can start producing earlier into the pregnancy then you would think. I was about 5 months along with my first and looked down one day while out and had randomly leaked from both my breasts and it didn't happen again til I actually filled. It feels as though my body is auto cleaning my "pipes"! lol The sensation isn't fun! but I'm sure it has to do with the milk production, the tubes and the pregnancy.
