Usually she'll get a little bite, which she loves. She eats a huge variety of other foods, so I feel ok with making cookies a sometimes treat. If he's eaten a really good meal or tried something new (or we usually give it to him on the weekends no matter what, as a fun treat) he'll get a popsicle, a scoop of strawberry ice cream, or fruit snacks. He just started liking clementines so that serves as dessert these days! I don't want my kids to be so sugar crazy, so I may limit sweets with them. So dessert is always fruit. But tonight I sauteed some apples and bananas in butter, cinnamon, and honey. The kids love it! </p> <p>Do you let your LO eat dessert? </p>
