He keeps a chart in his phone and I have a paper one as well. I tell him when my cm goes to sticky, then creamy, then ew. I tell him when AF comes and we have a few sad minutes together. If I didn't tell him I feel like I would be down more. When I drink a single glass of red wine, I'm in the post-fertile, pre-implantation phase. When I actually wear underwear to bed, I'm on my period, and my period means we can have some alcohol (he REALLY wants some whiskey, but is abstaining for my benefit.)
